You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Service Agreement

Survic Construction provides construction services subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document and any additional agreements entered into between you and Survic Construction.

Scope of Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Construction Services: New construction, renovations, and remodeling
• Project Management: Oversight and coordination of construction projects
• Consultation: Professional advice on construction planning and design
• Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance and repair services

Service Delivery Expectations

We strive to provide services according to agreed-upon timelines and specifications. However, we reserve the right to make the following adjustments:

• Modify construction plans as required by code compliance or safety considerations
• Adjust project timelines due to unforeseeable circumstances (weather, material availability, etc.)
• Implement necessary changes to ensure structural integrity and compliance with regulations
• Substitute materials of equivalent quality when original specifications are unavailable
• Reschedule work as needed based on site conditions and crew availability

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding your construction needs and requirements
• Grant reasonable access to the construction site during agreed-upon hours
• Make timely decisions regarding selections and approvals
• Comply with local regulations, including obtaining necessary permits where applicable
• Communicate promptly regarding any concerns or requested changes

Change Orders

Any modifications to the original scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect project timeline and costs as specified in the change order documentation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions for our services are as follows:

• A deposit of 25% of the total project cost is required to initiate work
• Progress payments will be invoiced according to the schedule specified in your contract
• Final payment is due upon completion of services and before final handover
• Payments not received within 15 days of the invoice date are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee
• We accept payment via credit card, electronic funds transfer, and check
• Additional charges may apply for changes to the agreed-upon scope of work
• Material price increases exceeding 5% may result in cost adjustments with prior notification
• Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your service contract

Warranties and Guarantees

Survic Construction provides a one-year warranty on workmanship for all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or alterations made by parties other than Survic Construction.

Manufacturer warranties for materials and equipment are passed through to the client and are subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer. We will assist in processing warranty claims for materials installed by our team during the warranty period.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Survic Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, resulting from or in connection with our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply regardless of whether such liability is based on breach of contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, plans, drawings, specifications, and documents prepared by Survic Construction remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a separate written agreement. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely in connection with the project for which they were created.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property without prior written consent is prohibited. We reserve the right to photograph and document completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• Client Termination: You may terminate services with 30 days' written notice, subject to payment for all work completed and materials ordered up to the termination date, plus applicable cancellation fees as specified in your contract.
• Survic Construction Termination: We may terminate services if payment is not received according to the agreed-upon schedule, if site conditions pose safety risks, or if unforeseen circumstances make project completion impractical.
• Mutual Termination: Services may be terminated by mutual written agreement of both parties under terms negotiated at that time.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered and materials ordered prior to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through a notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
